Time Banding Zones – Brighton

Brighton & Hove City Council have announced that they intend to introduce Time Zones for commercial waste collections in selected areas of the city from 1 April 2022.  This will permit all waste producers in these Time Zone areas to only leave waste out for collection on public highways during the nominated hours.

Where these Time Zones are enforced The Recycling Partnership will be amending and providing additional collection services to ensure that our collections are arranged to accommodate the Time Zone requirements.

Please rest assured that our services will continue uninterrupted, and collections will be provided as currently agreed until the enforcement of the Time Zone Collections.

As stated, The Recycling Partnership (or its associated companies) are aware of the Time Zone collection policy that BHCC are currently stipulating they intend to enforce. We plan to be reactive to ensure we continue to supply the premium service our customers currently enjoy. Please also be mindful that as a producer of waste, you may be required to amend the current procedure of how you present your waste for collection in compliance with these changes.
